SHIPPING POLICY
- For domestic orders, shipping is free above the order valued at INR…. A shipping charge of INR… is applicable to all orders under INR…
- For international orders, will calculate shipping during checkout depending on your order value and dimensions. Any customs charges or VAT has to be borne by the customer
- From the moment an order is placed, it takes about 5 to 7 days for domestic orders and 7 to 10 days for international orders to get delivered, unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details. Multiple items will arrive in multiple shipments.

- All orders will be duly delivered to the address mentioned when placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at [email protected] within 4 hours of placing the order.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- If an order is canceled within 24 hrs, the full amount will be refunded to the card used for making the payment. No request will be entertained after 24 hrs.
- The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by KalaKashi and accepts the decision regarding the cancellation.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- In the unfortunate event of you returning the KALA KASHI products, the customer has to raise a request within 5 to 7 days of delivery. Upon receipt and approval of the request, the customer will be asked to ship the products to the Varanasi office, and the same will be confirmed by mail only.
- Not all products are eligible for returns, please go through the product details carefully before placing an order. All Made to order/customized orders are ineligible for return.
- Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact and in original packaging are eligible for return and exchange
- Return and exchange requests will not be entertained through any other medium like Facebook/Instagram, chat, or phone call.
- Upon receipt of returns and clear quality checks, customers can choose to receive store credit or get a refund on their original credit or debit card used for payment. A deductible re-stocking fee of INR…. will be applicable for all the returns.
- After initiating refund it will reflect in the customer’s bank account withing 5 to 7 working days.
- In the improbable possibility that your products reach damaged or you receive the wrong product, write to us at [email protected], with a video of the vandalized/damaged product. A complaint should be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order. In such cases, a full refund will be offered.
- All Custom Duties levied for the product return will be abode by the customer.
- If the exchange is made with a higher amount of product, a coupon code value for the returned product will be issued. This code can be used while placing the next order and paying the rest amount.
- If the exchange is made with a lower amount of product, a credit note valued at the difference amount will be issued.
- All returns and exchanges are subject to the discretion of KalaKashi.
Apart from the above-mentioned condition, the following products shall not be eligible for return or exchange-
- Any product that indicates physical damage.
- If the saree has been ordered with fall and edging.
- If the product is customized or made to order.
- If the Return or Exchange is requested after 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
